Tender or Docked?

Usually docked at Pier B, two blocks from Duval Street. Some ships use the Navy Outer Mole and ride a free shuttle into Old Town instead.

How to Get Into Town

Walk it: Duval Street is 2 blocks away, free. Old Town is tiny, so most cruisers never need any transport at all.

Main Attractions

Duval Street, the Southernmost Point, and the Hemingway House anchor the day. All are within an easy walk of the pier.

How Much Time You Need

4-6 hours covers Old Town comfortably. The island is small, so a short call still works well.

Keep in Mind

Scooters and heat are the real hazards. Duval traffic is busy and the midday sun on foot is punishing in summer.

Safety & Comfort

Very safe and easy for first-timers. Key West is a walkable US town where the main hazards are traffic and heat, not crime.
