We didn't book a thing and had a great day. Free tram to the resort beach, then grabbed a taxi over to Radio Beach because we wanted the local vibe. Five bucks each, driver was lovely. Bimini is so small you really can just wing it.
Fair warning the free tram only comes every half hour and it was packed when a couple of ships were in. I nearly baked waiting for it. Get to the stop early for your ride back, don't rely on the last one.
Kids just wanted sand and water so we stayed close, resort beach was perfect, in and out easy from the ship. Didn't feel the need to venture into town with the little ones. Easy stress-free port for a family.
rented a golf cart and drove the whole island in an afternoon. it's tiny but that's kind of the charm. Dolphin House was weirdly wonderful. ninety dollars for the cart felt steep but split between four of us it was fine
Honestly not a lot to it if you're expecting a big island, but that suited us. Sat on the beach, had some conch, watched the water. Taxi driver told us all about the island on the way. Sometimes small and simple is exactly right.
