Hot tip: get to the port gate taxi stand the moment the gangway opens. We went right at 8am, got a driver who took us to Dunn's River Falls and waited 2.5 hours. We were on the falls by 9:30am before the tour groups arrived. The falls in the morning were almost quiet.
